How to be a Princess

Being a princess is very challenging stuff. I, of all people would know that ;] You see. I used to live in this small country that nobody knows about somewhere in Europe. At the age of eight my mother decided that it was best for me to live somewhere where my enemies and haters couldn't find me. So they sent me here....to Utah.

Before I left though I did have a sufficient amount of time learning lessons about how to act and be an exceptional princess. I"m going teach you a few of these lessons. They are very rare in this time, but you will see that it comes very useful as well.

First and foremost, you MUST at all times be a kind and compassionate person.
"It's nice to be important, but its more important to be nice."
Having kindness in your heart is the most important thing a princess can have EVER! True story. When your country know that they have a nice leader they will feel more comfortable living their everyday lives.

Secondly, you MUST smile at all times!
"The world always looks brighter from behind a smile."
This is another HUGE one! Smiling can make other people's day. It can mean so many things. Like friendship, trust, and happiness. So smiling is a big part of being a princess. PLUS..it helps you get your way. :)

The last one that I am going to share with you today is modesty.
"Modesty is not only an ornament, but also a guard to virtue."
Being a princess, you need to cover up your body. Princess are always more beautiful when they're modest. Ask ANY prince. They'll tell you :)

These simple tasks are pretty easy to do, but difficult at the same time. Try being a fairy princess...now that's hard to do! And if you ever need any more princess stories, please feel free to ask me! I have plenty. After all... do you know who I'm related to? Let me just tell ya...

Rapunzel is my mother-she lives in that country that I cannot give the name of it to you. Cinderella is probably the most coolest aunt of all time! Ariel is my cousin....sometimes we go swimming together...no biggy! Belle is my cousin on my father's side of the family....Eugene's side! Tinker Bell is like a sister to me. And...well you get the point. Let's just say...i've got connections. And someday they are going to make a movie about my life :)

Its beginning to look a lot like fall

Autumn is my most favorite season.

Yesterday a couple of my friends and I went on a walk. The air was cool and crisp. And the sky was overcast. On our walk I noticed a lot of the trees are starting to turn different colors. I can't wait till all the leaves are starting to change colors. I think it's so beautiful. Do you know what this means Erin? That's right....FALL PHOTO SHOOT!

Another week of school. Glorious.

Class wise: I think I'm gonna like almost all of my classes this year. I've already made a couple new friends, of course, I already knew a lot of people before. My favorite class would probably be Spanish 2, just because I'm his favorite student in that class :) haha he told me that himself. But besides that, my favorite class would be hmmm....let me think about that. LUNCH! of course!!! :)

Homework wise: Well, lets just say....i hardly have any free time. Most of the time I'm in my room...being antisocial while doing my stupid history homework. HISTORY IS TAKING OVER MY WHOLE ENTIRE LIFE!!!! ahhhhhhhh. Someone please help. All the other classes are pretty easy when it comes to homework though. Which makes me tremendously happy.

So since I've been spending most of my time on history. I don't have time for anything else. For instance....reading for english. Yeah, we are supposed to have read 900 pages by the end of next week. Guess how many pages i've read. yup, you've guessed it. ZERO! :( Homework and I spend a lot of quality time together. If I had a boyfriend, he would be jealous.

Rules of a Lady

There are several rules to being a lady. I'm just going to tell you a few of my favorites.

1: Stay Classy

2: Always cross your legs when wearing a skirt. Always.

3: Chew like you have a secret.

4: Smile. It helps you get your way.

5: Leave the rumor-spreading and trash talk to Gossip Girl.

6: RESPECT YOURSELF. If you don't, he won't either.

7: Cover up. Being a mystery is more sexy than showing every inch of you off.

8: Look like a butterfly, Sting like a bee.

9: True beauty comes from within

10: Just because you can buy it, doesn't mean that you need it.

11: Keep your heels, head and standard high

As you can see, its tough to be a girl. There are about a bajillion of these rules. I would know...I have the rulebook. True story. :)

Friendship is Forever

I love friends...I honestly don't know what I would do with out them. There are a few things that I just recently learned though. First of all, you always have to be there for your friend if you expect them to be there for you. You have to talk things out...if something is bugging you then tell them. Your friend will most likely understand and try to fix it. Friends love each other.

Whenever I feel like I don't have a friend, I can always turn toward my Savior and I instantly know that its not true... I do have a friend, always and forever. I've also learned that friendship takes work. You have to be able to settle each others differences and strengths. You may not always get along, but you will always love and care for each other, no matter what. And thats all that matters in my opinion.

I love being with my friends! We do the craziest things. Want some examples? What a silly question...OF COURSE YOU DO!

haha Well let me tell ya. We ninja roll on our neighbors lawns. We throw grapes at each other. We take nightly walks almost every night and hide when a car is coming. We sing High School Musical songs whenever we possibly can! We talk for hours and hours. We make cupcakes that almost always never turn out. (and sometimes we put goldfish crackers in the middle of them! haha whoever finds the one with the goldfish gets the prize!) We laugh until we cry, over no reason at all! We embarrass each other. But most of all, We LOVE each other!

I'm Mormon

I feel so lucky to be able to have the gospel in my life right now. Recently I've started high school, I've been able to see that I am different then other people. I have higher standard and I don't do some things because it is against my religion, but I see now that it's for my own protection. My Heavenly Father gives us rules to follow because he loves us. He want's us to return to him someday.

I have recently been tested on some of those rules. And i am proud to say that I made the right choice. I'm a good person :) haha! Because of the gospel i've been able to live a good life so far and I'm so glad to know who I am.

I AM A DAUGHTER OF HEAVENLY PARENTS

I know this church is true and I know that where ever I am and whoever I'm with, my Savior is always with me, watching over me, and protecting me. He will never leave me alone. I know that if I do what's right I will return to Him someday. I do the things that I do because I want to return to His arms without regret. And I am so excited for that day when He will return again. :)

So recently I've been going a little crazy on the shopping, I must admit. But I just love it so much! A store brings me happiness. I must buy something whenever I'm out of my house, isn't that the point of walking around for hours in the mall trying on clothes, shoes, and smells?! :)

I'm a girl, what do you expect?

I'm a shopaholic and I'm proud of it! ...well, kinda.

A couple days ago I went a little overboard and bought FOUR pairs of shoes within 2 hours.... Oh gee! And I wonder where my money goes. Hey, at least I'm using my own money, it's not like i'm borrowing from my parents or anything :) After shopping for four days in a row, a couple of my friends and i went to Panda Express and wanna know what my fortune was?

Hahaha that fortune was perfect for me! Whenever I go shopping for someone else, I always buy something for me too. Oh my... I NEED some serious help.

School

So I haven't really been doing any work over the summer... AT ALL! And right now I am regretting it, because now I have to really move fast on all the books and reports that i was supposed to be reading over the entire summer! Wow...I am so smart! Good luck to me who has to read four books and do the reports on them in 2 weeks! Hahaha oh ya...I should also start to take my online class too huh?

Well, I sure hope the rest of you have a nice rest of the summer! :))
